Parents Gateway

Parents Gateway is a mobile app specially designed for parents. Developed by MOE and GovTech, the app allows parents to engage closely with schools, receive information and perform a range of administrative functions including giving consent for school trips.

Please refer to Annex A for a step-by-step guide and Annex B for instructions on registering for a Singpass (for Parents / Guardians without a Singpass). You may also access the following links to download the application on your mobile devices.

In addition, a video explaining how parents can download the Parents Gateway app and start using the app to receive announcements and online consent forms from the school could be accessed via this link.

The Parents Gateway (PG) app has been enhanced recently with the following feature:

-          Declaration of Travel Plans during School Holidays

-          Update Parents’ / Guardians’ Particulars / Contact Details

You may wish to refer to the user guide on accessing the features on Parents Gateway. This guide is available on the School Website under the Parents tab. A list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), compiled by MOE, is appended for your reference.

Please note that your Parents Gateway application needs to be updated to the latest version in order for the new features to be available.
